Depends what you mean by well, but I'd add Giroud, Saha, Pires, Malouda to that for sure. (Pires and Malouda are wingers, not strikers... but so is Thauvin).

If we're talking more generally about attackers, I think you could also add Wiltord, Ginola, Djorkaeff, Nasri, Lacazette... I'm sure there's more.

I'm fairly sure it's as the money is paid. Which is another reason I think transfer fees have become so inflated. Reported fees include so many add-ons that most won't actually reach those amounts. And I'd imagine the add ons and installments have increased with FFP

if we are paying £40m up front then it would all count this year, if we are paying in instalments then each instalment would be included in that years figures

I was led to believe that the payment (for accounting purposes) is spread across the length of the contract so in this case £10m per year.
