Let’s face it, we’ve had players before who were monumentally shitter than he is, but there is no point in him being here now and so a move is best for both sides. If he had longer left of his contract, we could probably ask for a bit more of a fee, but we can’t, so to get anything is decent. He’ll certainly be no loss to us though.

I'm pleased he's got his move (as he wanted) and Palace could well be the right club for him. He needs a change perhaps, turn the page, start over and get the attitude right. He's bound to score against us.
