don't think it's plein (full) as

1) it really sounds like "plan" in the song
2) you'd expect a noun..... "that full for me" doesn't work
3) if you google it.....it's plane

It is 'plane'. The verb is 'planer' meaning to hover or, more colloquially, to get high. In the song's context, it probably means something like 'I am full of life' or 'I am high on life'. As there are references to booze, it's probably the latter and he's maybe referring to being boozed/doped and hallucinating.

But he's Belgian so wtf knows. Ask Youri.
