The hysterically annoying and totally unfounded, but traditional, January 2025 rumours thread.

I'm not fussed one bit if Ndidi goes.

We've had the best of him and that player is long gone. He's injured a lot now and isn't really especially good in any midfield role any more.

Thinking ahead to next season, he'll also be one on too much money for the Championship.

No sense in loaning with an option so that's a no go. However a loan with an obligation or straight transfer and I'd take it.

I saw the Ndidi rumour mentioned earlier by a less reliable source and took it with a pinch of salt. If Wilf fancies a move, and we could get that buyout clause triggered, then it might be an interesting deal for the club.

It would be a shame to see him go as he is a very likeable player/personality.

However, we are crying out for a complete overhaul and now would probably be a good time for both to part ways, especially if we can get a, or agree a future, fee that allows us to re-invest and re-build then we should take it with both hands.

I'd say the same for pretty much everyone to be honest, apart from Mads and Abdul.

Time for a complete rebuild/restart and a smaller wage bill should be the absolute priority.

And Bilal. We’d keep him too.
