New guy can play left back, plus we can play new guy RB and Justin can be an alternative left back to VK.

There all still shit options, but keeping Luke Thomas in the mix doesn't strengthen those options at all.

£5m for Thomas is £5m profit, plus large wages off the books that in no way reflect the return for money we are getting from them.

I also think the move would do him good too as he did look a great prospect when he came through, but he's never really pushed on at all.

He's still young enough to make a good name for himself and Germany seems to have developed some English talent well.

Just get it ****ing done as it's a win for everyone involved.
