The Intros Round...

Hey boys and girls Im back. I know its unfortunate but it had to happen sooner or later. Anyways the move went well other than getting an internet connection up and running, harder than gettin the dried skin off Ghandis feet.

Anyways in my time away the team is doing excellently (hmmm maybe I shouldnt come back, may be an omen), some players have gone, Frayatt is playing well as is Hume mostly, Ive seen one of the best goals from any player in an lcfc shirt ever and well ermmmmmmm oh yeh, Ive met Duzzer ( no comments ), got a rocanrola t-shirt, gave it a bad name by getting very very drunk in it and well erm moved house. Other than that been working hard and doing loads of DIY.

Well by now you are probably still wondering why the fcuk this is called the intros round, well Ive had this idea for a while but needed the internet at home to put it in to operation. Well here goes, for a new music quiz I have put together an intros round. I have 20 intros to songs (old and new, but this round is mostly 00`s, 90`s with some 80`s) ready to test your brains out.
If you want to enter send me a pm with your email adress attached by 19th March 2006 then I will forward you the 20 intros. Then I need your answers back by either email or pm by 26th March 2006 . A winner will then be annouced. No email addresses will be saved to my contacts, unless you state it is okay and all emails will be deleated from my sent/inbox after the intros have been sent out/answers received.

Now Im sure there is something I havent explained or questions you will want to ask so leave them in the thread or if they are more private (nothing too dirty you sickos) then pm me.

Come on Melton intros dont normally have lyrics, hence being the intro to a song, although now I say that one does have some words on it. Anyways, they will all be MP3 and will probably be winzipped. Get an unzipper from www.winzip.com for anyone who doesnt have it.

Not really much point zipping MP3 files, it doesn't make much difference to the size of the file, MP3 files are compressed already.

Wouldn't it be easier for you fc, if you were to upload them to a file share website and put up a link on here. Just a thought, or do you only "subscription" entries

hmmm could do that, dont know an awful lot about file sharing can someone point me in the right direction of a decent one, not putfile.com, that always fooks with me comp. Ill have a look into doing it that way.

That's the only one I know. MK knows some file sharing schemes, he may help. Although, on 2nd thoughts, better not eh

You can attach more than one file to an email.

If I was doing it myself I'd just send it as one big mp3 file.

I know I can attach more than one file webbo but if I make an email over 2mb some email accounts will not be able to receive it I could make it into one long file with a break in between, Im off to have a play with it. My intros, that is.
