QPR set to recruit Hull's Delaney
Delaney is set to join the Loftus Road club
QPR are set to sign Hull defender Damien Delaney for an initial £600,000 fee on a three-and-a-half year deal.
Delaney, 26, joined the Tigers from Leicester in October 2002 for a fee of around £50,000 when he became the first signing of ex-Hull boss Peter Taylor.
The Tigers turned down a £400,000 bid from Colchester earlier this month.
QPR raised their original offer of £400,000 after they failed in their efforts to sign Sheffield Wednesday left back Tommy Spurr.
