After the success of last season's awards when 31 posters took part, the OFFICIAL Talkingballs LCFC end-of-season awards are back!

Unlike last season when there were 5 categories, this time round there are far more to vote on!

Could everyone please PM me their votes!!!

Here are the categories:-

LCFC PERFORMANCE OF THE SEASON
LCFC GOAL OF THE SEASON
LCFC DONKEY OF THE SEASON
WORST LCFC MOMENT OF THE SEASON
FAVOURITE LCFC MOMENT OF THE SEASON
LCFC YOUNG PLAYER OF THE SEASON (aged 20 or younger)
LCFC PLAYER OF THE SEASON

All votes to be in by Saturday 26 May!

Cheers, MHS. :023:

FAVOURITE LCFC MOMENT OF THE SEASON

When the ref blew full time last sunday

7 categories is not "far more" than 5! :icon_roll

(unless I am missing some obvious sarcasm!)

In the circs it might be kindest not to run the 'awards' this season.

The season never really started - but I guess almost everyone was glad when it finished - so in spite of my contradiction in terms you are right BG.

A depressing, shameful season epitomised by the surrender to Wolves after the first few minutes.

Any manager who comes in now is going to be stuck with most of the deadbeats who are not fit to wear the shirt....so I remain pessimistic for next season too.

When MM was interviewed he said we need lots of new players and its not going to be just 3 or 4 players so I would expect a much changed line-up for the opening day next season

I trust you are right HF!

To use one of your Highland expressions - a big cull is needed.

But given that so many of the w..kers have on-going contracts I am not sure how this big turn round is going to be achieved.

i'm nominating "fludie" as the "most random poster". amusing at times but sometimes....:)

i don't think this season warrants any awards, so for this reason im out

I think all "awards" are a complete and utter waste of time, personally.

My brother once won an award - "triumph in adversity" I think it was - and got his photo and story in the Mercury, etc, simply for having a massive brain hemorrhage... but then not dying! Oooh, well done we all said, you didn't die, you carried on breathing - how very "brave"! :icon_roll He was completely embarrassed by the whole thing - he only went along because there was a free bar...

So I will, instead, give someone an award who is more deserving than anyone at LCFC - I will pat myself on the back for sticking with the complete and utter shite LCFC has been churning out for the past few seasons. I suggest you all do the same.

So... well done me! Woohoo! :038: :038: :038:

I'd now like you all to refer to me as the "Award Winning" poster, DesertFox :icon_roll :icon_roll :icon_roll

Donkey of the season - The squad.

Think that covers everything.
