I really can't see how Mattock got YPS after only 3 appearances. Surely one of the under 18's who won everything should have been a better contender. But I guess, like with an election, I didn't vote so I can't complain!

I don't know what part he has played in the under 18's success to be honest

Others can probably answer that question but the OS says he played 22 times last season for the academy.

He played in the final (not very well according to BF) and scored the decisive penalty.

he deserves it, he played alot better than some of the more experince players who are probably on 10x his salary
