It seems to me that no one is really asking, "When did the 3 year plan by MM become a 1 year we must get up at all costs plan?"

Has he found something within the club he doesnt like? Was the club in more trouble than he first thought? (I find this very hard to believe considering how long DD took)

What changed over the summer?

all I recall him saying was that he would consider himself a failure if we were not up within three years, and to me that would mean trying from the very first day to get up. Fair play to him if he wants promotion this season as he is now thinking like me.

I don't think there ever was a 3 year plan, just a misconstrued comment by MM where he said (paraphrasing) it's his intention to get the club back into the Premiership & if he doesn't achieve that inside of 3 years he'll consider it a failure.

Flipping heck. Another one I had down as a woman turns out to be a bloke. Consty equals Constance surely?!

No idea if it is male or female tbh.

Thats fair enough in my book. Just seems like the 3 year plan line has been put on hold.

MM and a fan in the Mockery pre-season. ;)

Where do you expect us to finish next season? Is top half acceptable or will you accept play offs?

MM: "I want us to be in the Premier League. There are eight teams, I think, who will be a major force in the Championship next season. We're one of them. I expect us to be in the top six."
