It's clear that the signings aren't slowing down yet so I'll leave my contribution to this game for a while. Not seen that much of Danns but I'd got the impression that he was capable of playing as a holding midfielder.

If by 'he' you mean Sven, then here is a radical thought. Maybe Sven is assembling a squad versatile and talented enough that can play 4-4-2 or 4-3-3 to suit the opposition, and switch formation during a game without the team losing the plot.
