New thread to see if we can get to the bottom of all the things MA2 is alleged to have done that led to his downfall. Apparently:

1. Moved the players car park to behind the South Stand to make them not feel too important by parking right outside the front door. (Note that it has moved back now so this one could be true.)

2. Instructed players to address him as Mr Allen and only to speak to him about non-football matters. (Wouldn't surprise me.)

3. Authorised some sort of repaint costing £10K on the official team coach because he didn't like the colours. (Element of truth owing to changing the flowers at the training ground.)

4. Contrary to what was reported, the players were NOT impressed with prizes of Mars Bars and BBQ sets and felt the resulting publicity belittled them. (Ahhh, poor dears.)
