My guess is that Milan does not only want a successful team but a happy club. A manager should avoid being offensive and objectionable to the little people who cannot answer back. I would guess that Gary Megson will be polite and appreciative of people working at the club. Remembering the illfeeling that beset our club during the Barry Pierrepoint era I am glad that Milan has acted. Long term success for the club requires everyone working together.
 
Spion Fox is right. I should have included the fans. One of the problems of these confidentiality agreements is that they keep the fans in the dark. Whatever the rights or wrongs of the last few weeks the fans are always for the team and we can best do that that backing Gary Megson and giving him time.

That was my point - there are a significant amount of people here and in attendance today who are seemingly not prepared to do that.

After going to the first game back at the Walkers without Martin Allen I have found out a few insider facts which could be part of the reason for his shock departure.
- Martin Allen upset a few people at the traing ground. This is because he would'nt let any of the players get changed in the changing rooms at the training ground unless they earned a first team place. Instead the other players had to get changed in the mobile facility used by the youth team. Academy manger John Rudkin was upset about this and he then reported it to Milan Mandaric and the Knives came out.

When I asked the women on reception about Martin Allen they told me he was a great man. they said you knew where you stood with him, he was straight down the line. He always made them laugh in the mornings and always had a smile on his face. They said that if he ever made a mistake or got something wrong he would be the first too apoligse.

Radostan Kishev has also been quoted when commenting about Gary Megson :
"The New Manager has already started to p*** the players off, and DJ is on the brink of asking to leave in the January Transfer window. He was deeply affected by Martin's Departure as he was the reason he came here"
 
I've heard he was sacked shortly after his pet squirrel "Ginger" dropped an acorn infested turd on Milan's new Teak desk ... :icon_roll

Almost right.
We have covered this already, but in case you missed it, MA took a dump on the back seat of Meeelan's Bentley. Meeeeelan got into the Bentley & sat straight down onto the offensive, liquidy turd. One pair of Farahs ruined.
Martin refused to pay the dry cleaning bil and, well, the rest is now history.
So let's leave it there, in history.
 
Don't know about leaving it there ... I'm thinking it should be cleaned up ... :icon_roll

i heard he wanted to paint all the minor staffs faces blue and make them dress up as filbert whenever he wanted.
 
He's just been on Sky. He's in South Africa at the moment and will be going out to Holland to study coaching.

He had a cap on. He said he was very hurt. I miss him too.
