Just spend my night listening to Dickie and chums very loud. They were an incredibable band werent they! Fooking love them. Never got the full respect they deserved.

I think you're right and wrong Pontus - The Verve were very, very good and did get a lot of respect even in the early days. However I find it irksome that Dickie Ashcroft is now constantly lapping up all the credit when the real genius in The Verve was Nick McCabe.

History is the best Verve track IMO. What do others think?

Yes, otherwise todays rap "artists" would get no recognition. How could m & m, 50 C, Kanye etc all survive without using other peoples songs?
 
If I had to choose a single Verve song it would probably be Drive You Home.
