Yeh but I have always rated that Lako who managed Cisco Roma to Serie B......

im back there now 3 points of the top of serie c2b after 22 games. having a fairly good campaign

If we win on Saturday RK will be a hero again!, although he has probably already been told of his future (just a case of when he will be replaced)

Charlton are rumoured to be looking at Pardew as Mr Nobody Has Heard of Him Reed has not changed their fortunes since taking over from Dowie.

I have my doubts about Kelly but think we should give him more time (unless Wolves was a one-off). He is still learning, but may develop quicker by moving somewhere else. It will be hard for hims to change from being the players mate (as coach to the confrontational Levein) to the boss.

I hope Wolves was a one off. We were shocking and how we won it ill never know!

:018:

You should be behind RK and the team not hope that we lose so he can be sacked, thats a rediculous attitude:mad:

I dont think thats what Fox Fan meant. I think he meant that he hoped that the performance was a one off, not that he wanted us to lose so that RK got sacked. Although I could be wrong

With that attitude there is not point in having a good manager, you dont care if we win anyway

he is talking about the performance, wolves was a lucky lucky result.

I wouldn't have said Wolves was a lucky result. In terms of Wolves actually threatening our goal, chances were few and far between. Why can't we just celebrate two well taken goals for Christ's sake? Supposedly that's what we pay our strikers for. Speaking to some London-based Wolves fans on the train back, they thought a draw would have been a fair result, but they certainly weren't claiming they had been robbed blind.

Another point I made to a mate who was moaning for similar reasons, is that how many teams go away to a team in the play-off positions after picking up one point from the last 15 or 18 goes and suddenly plays flowing attacking football with confidence?!

It doesn't happen!

Picking up 3 points was vital, the fact we won after Wolves got an equaliser with 10mins to go, highlights the determination of that bunch of players and their fighting qualities, which we all seem to agree has been lacking over the last 4 weeks.

To expect them to play superbly is not realisitic and IMO stupid.

What we should be expecting now however, is that the renewed fight and determination is carried over for ther remainder of the season and if we have that then games we would have lost we will win/draw and confidence we grow and then performances will improve as well.

As I said before the Wolves game, with Williams and Weso getting fit the midfield is stronger and Williams provides moments of creativity we have lacked since his injury and if those two keep fit we will climb the table.

Without them (or new midfielders in Jan) we will struggle as Tiatto, Hughes, Johnson and Stearman aren't good enough to win games in this division as centre midfielders.
