Remember climbing on the railings at the front of the Kop last home game of the 93/94 season, Bolton 1-1. Think there was only one more game of standing at Filbo after that.

Players were walking around thanking the crowd and Jimmy Willis climbed up on the railings and gave me a big hug. Had a brief chat and ruffled my hair.

He claimed to be a huge City fan who was enraptured by what EM was doing here. He posted a highly professional set of videos regularly with comments about how incredible our football was.

These videos/Twitter comments were often picked up by journalists and retweeted and used as evidence of our exceptional football quality.

At some point, the fact that 'Michael Thomas' had never been heard of before became a tad suspicious. As was his total lack of posting anything other than extremely pro EM material.

If I recall correctly, his Twitter account was tracked down to somewhere in Spain. Remarkably, he hasn't posted a thing about us since EM left but appears to have switched allegiance to Chelsea.

Odd that eh.
