Third Kit

Forgeting about trimmings, collars and sashes what colour would you like next seasons third kit to be.

I said Red, as I saw on the TV the other day a piece about some researchers had looked shirt colours and found teams in red get looked upon the most favourably (cf away sides penalties Anfield none ;-) ) by refs, linesmen amongst others.

Put simply we should play in red at all possible opportunities. ;-) :mrgreen:

maybe we should go back to having a red kit. it would certainly be a departure from some of the recent away kits.

I think Rotherham would sooner play in pink after the season they've had :roll:

I have the 1970's Retro Red top. So I want Gold!

Who remembers the green and gold kit from around 83-84. Never won a league game in two years with it. Only a league cup win at Chelsea if i remember.

We did a survey of Trust members on away kit colours. We asked members for first & second choice, plus a colour they would hate.

This was presented to the club & they have followed it so far in choosing a white kit as the 2nd kit. About 75% wanted a white kit

If they continue to follow the survey, then the 3rd kit will be yellow/gold (not Fosse) which around 60% chose.

Red was the most hated colour, with 37% making it the worst choice

Not sure - I think the requirement for a third kit is a league rule, so I suppose it will have to be available by August

Bright yellow similar to Watford or Brazil.
