Was it just me or did anybody else find the staff at PNCFC helpful and friendly - from the car park attendant who let us park for free cos me mates got a disabled badge to the laid back attitude of the stewards apart from one at the end - To all the staff at PNE including the Police I say thank you for making my day even more enjoyable ( pity your fans are crap though )

It wasn't just you. In the recent past we have had real problems with the Preston stewards - it was only two years ago since one of them punched one of our supporters in the face as another steward was ejecting him. But yesterday was a complete change - every one of them seemed to be going out of their way yesterday to be friendly to the City fans. At the end of the game I sought out the 'Stand Manager' and congratulated him on the massive turnaround in the standard of the stewarding and I shall be emailing the same to PNE tomorrow morning.
Heaven forfend that the change was anything to do with them sensing that our behaviour was better than before and that they link that with their alcohol ban.
