If they have been ‘settled’ for some time, they haven’t been ‘written off’. There is nothing there to ‘write off’. They have been noted as satisfied. It’s a different thing.

I’m not sure an investor bases their due diligence entirely on what is filed at companies house. It would be somewhat more involved.

When I was in the Sea Cadets we went away for a week to a naval training base. Part of our tasks there was to keep the place clean. In the Officers Mess the toilet paper was the soft kind, unlike the hard stuff all of the rest of us had. The packets it came in were stamped.....Officers Mess.
