Leicester City Football Club today confirmed that Tim Davies had resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.
Chairman Milan Mandaric said: "I would like to place on record my thanks to Tim for his services to this Football Club over the last five years.
"We fully appreciate all the hard work and commitment he has shown during his time here. We wish him all the best for the future."
Davies added: "I would like to say thank you to Leicester City Football Club, to Milan and to all our fans, customers, suppliers and our great staff.
"I have been truly fortunate and honoured to be Chief Executive of this great club and to play my part in its history and to work with all the staff here. The club is now well positioned to go forward to the Premier League and be a real force there."
