Just emailed me to say as yet there is 'no decision on a manager' which I found interesting terminology, decision?

This would indicate to me either a) we have no idea who we're going to get, b) we have offered the job to certain managers are are awaiting their decision or c) we are as yet undecided as to whether we're to pay all the compensation necessary to fund Cotterill/Davies/Newell...

What do we think?

Or how about a standard recruitment concept used across industry.

You draw up a shortlist, have them in for an interview & then progress to 2nd interview for the most impressive candidates?

Although the club may want to move quickly, this kinda of process can take place in around a week if you focus hard enough on it & the candidates involved really want it.

Tonight's win will certainly have bought more time

It's been reported up here in Scotland that you made an approach for him today but Celtic demanded a fee.

thinking about it, i dont really think he is ready yet for management
