This may have already been confirmed, but the Telegraph says:

Will the trophy be presented at Old Trafford if Leicester win?
No. The newly-crowned champions will have to wait until the final game of the season - at Chelsea - to be handed their silverware, so Blues fans can rest easy in the knowledge that the trophy will be back at Stamford Bridge, albeit in Wes Morgan's hands rather than John Terry's.
 
The Telegraph is obviously as up to date as the messaging method it is named after.
 
Was in the citeh centre today... was so odd seeing most shops with balloons and and posters up and staff dressed up in blue. The Highcross did their best to play some celebratory music... Bowie's heroes and this one:
