Insert joke about Gary Glitter and 12 year old Thais...
I don't know the ins and outs, but would that not break the 90 mile rule?my 14yo stepson is Thai, he was on Blackpools books at 8yo released at 10yo and was recently offerred a contract with Blackburn Rovers (which he declined as he wanted to stay in local football), anyone have a contact email address so i can inform the club of his existance/progess, btw left footed striker (50 goals a seson) dads a Leicester fanatic
apparently gone to Chile, he's heard there are 33 minors trapped underground
The 90 mile rule didn't exist when Beckham was 15. Whether you travel by car, helicopter or spaceship, Blackpool is still more than 90 miles by road from Leicester.yes unless he goes to training via helic0pter (thats what man u did with beckham to bend this rule! (1 hour travel limit)

It certainly used to be 90 miles, it may have changed for some (or, more likely, no) reason.Isn't it 90 minutes journey time, not 90 miles?
That's from 13 years and over. 12 and under is 60 minutes.

It sounds easier to abuse too.The rule was brought in to stop kids doing too much travelling to training after school. So a time limit makes more sense than a distance limit.
Makes them easier to abuse too.
