Train help!

Ok. I have literally just had a phone call saying I have an interview down in London on Wednesday so need to book a train asap. On East Midlands trains the best deal I can find is a "Super Off Peak" return. When will this be valid? It doesn't really say times, but seems to indicate I could get the train down at 10:25 and back at 3:15? Is this fitting in with the times

Also any londoners how long will it take to get a tube from st pancs to gloucester road? thanks

I recommend you look at the eastcoast.co.uk planner. If you put your journey in then when it comes up with ticket types, click on the super off peak return and it will show you the trains the ticket will be valid on.

EMT base the Off-Peak and Super Off-Peak periods in terms of the time you arrive at StPancras and the time you leave StPancras on your return journey.

A Super Off-Peak ticket is valid on East Midlands Trains services arriving in London St Pancras International at or after 1129 Monday to Friday and anytime on Saturday and Sunday. You must return on services departing from London St Pancras International between 1026 and 1516 and at or after 1859, Monday to Friday and any time on Saturday and Sunday. So the times you quote are OK on a Super Off-Peak ticket but if you miss that return train, you will have to wait until 1900 for your ticket to be valid again.
