Tricky Trev was a legend in the same way that Frank Sinclair was: not the best player on the park, often inconsistent, but you knew that when they pulled on our blue shirt they would run themselves into the ground for us. They epitomised what used to be a 'Leicester never say die' mentality that appears to have been sadly lacking in recent years. Danny Tiatto occasionaly reminds me of that spirit.

Cult hero maybe, but NOT a legend!

The word has pretty much completely lost its meaning because it's used innappropriately so often. Will Big Trev be remembered in 50 years time? No. Not exactly the stuff of legend, is he?

The same goes for words like tragic, appalling, woeful, etc. I blame that twat Alan Green...

Not even that really, Walshy was/is a legend, Sav and Dicko were cult heroes, Trev was just a well liked character, that's all, a name to shout at the bench along with the likes of Arnie.

i actually thought he was amzing, if were talking about arnar gunnasuchandsuch. i was quite young and i got well excited if he came on, and very upset if he didnt.
