hello mike, I've got one of the Samsung teles it's excellent. One downside is the internal speakers are very tinny sounding, but I run mine through an external amp anyway so it doesn't affect me.
Apart from that highly recommended. I got mine from a place called RGB on the internet cost £800 when currys etc were selling it for £950. They even delivered it on a bank holiday!!

and again , mine is actually the le32r74bdx the one at currys is the le32r73bd I assume the 74 is a more modern version of the 73? The one at rgb is the 74 aswell.
I spent hours looking at websites when I bought mine it almost sent me mad, after spending five minutes trying to be helpful i now realize why!
I've almost doubled my posting score today!

Thanks for the help, much appreciated. I'm looking at the LE32R74BDX too on that RGB direct, I'm looking to pay in installments, £26.90 for 24 months. It comes up to £645.60, but still well worth it I think.

Looks good mate, HOWEVER if its just to play the 360 on and a tv for your bedroom I would buy the acoustic solutions from Argos. However if you want to treat yourself with a view to it being a main TV in the future then the Sammy looks good, if you really fancy a blow out get the Sony Bravia V series for around £1k Now thats a telly :icon_bigg

its 90% the samsung you are looking at

although its worth checking its got the component connection your 360 needs, the description has changed and just now states rather ambiguously 'side av connectors'
