Shouldn't it just be "easier"? I'm pretty sure "more easy" is not correct English either
Anyway, the story isn't anything we didn't know, is it? It's what he's said all along, before Ollie was gone. Hopefully it will be sooner though, want the new man in early as possible to start planning!

He has just been on ITV Local News. He said that the list would be made shorter in the next 7-10 days and an appointment by 15th June. The reporter asked him about Billy Davies. He wouldn't be drawn, but said he was a great manager etc etc etc.
Basically we're none the fecking wiser, so I doubt the interview on BBC shortly will tell us anything different.

I would have thought that "more easy" is a similar example of the vernacular to "more difficult" and therefore could be just about acceptable on TB?
Not that I want to be come obsesssive on the matter.
