They'd had enough and wanted to get out of the car park before there was a queue?

They were planning to ambush the Colchester directors after the match?

But they'll still spend it all - and more, paying players £2M+ a year, bungs to agents, silly transfer fees, huge squads of players, many only ever used in the League Cup.

still more than we have to spend...............

But then again the stadia will be full most of the time paying top dollar to watch....
