Usually after ive been connected to the internet for a while, videos suddenly stop loading or when i try and play them they play for a few seconds then stop. Is it a problem with my flash player?

Does this relate to the match highlights videos on the VirginMedia website? I'm having terrible trouble getting them to stream properly - they're very jerky.

When that happened to me the only way to fix it was to reinstall Flash.
