Interesting read regarding the club divides within the camp (which I always thought) and the coaching staff's manner with the players.

A stark contrast to the warmth and relaxed atmosphere we hear about in the Leicester camp.

I don't understand footy autobiographies as (with a couple of exceptions) they appear to be anodyne sacks of shit.

Ture, they also appear to have very little mention of these 'roasting' sessions which would probably make them more interesting. Doubt it'll be long before Joey Barton releases his twitter page in hardback copy.

These footballers have no idea of what being an employee means. If you don't like something you may talk to the boss or not depending on your position within an organization or the type of boss you have got. Only in the most exceptional circumstances do you criticize your boss publicly.

If he thinks Capello is a hard boss he can be thankful he never played for Stan Cullis (Wolves 1950s) or Cloughie. Martin O'Neill once said "If you even dreamed of arguing with Brian Clough you woke up in a sweat desperate to apologise."

I am old fashioned enough to dislike the way Leicester players talk of Sven or "The Gaffer". I would prefer Mr Eriksson or "The Boss".
