A Wigton bus driver who admitted sending a picture of his genitals to one of his passengers has had his case continued for three weeks.

Robert Paton, 40, of The Crofts, previously admitted a charge of communicating grossly offensive, indecent or obscene images after sending a photograph of his genitals via bluetooth on January 14.

He was driving a public bus at the time in English Street, Dumfries.

Paton appeared briefly at Dumfries Sheriff Court yesterday, and the case was adjourned until August 5.
