I don't mind Ricardo because he's either right back or centre midfield and comfortable in both.

But why we insist on pushing central defenders wide is beyond me.

Reminds me of Man City playing Zabaleta in midfield, when we stuffed them 4-2, early in Pep’s reign. Then they went out and spent about £8bn the following summer.
