web pages shrunk on screen

Every website on my screen is constricted onto the left hand 2/3 of screen - the right hand 1/3 edge is empty. Everything is shrunk and hard to read. I've accidentally clicked something from my bt home page this morning that has done this I think - it was ok at first. One remedy is not 'page-text size), already tried it.
Any ideas?

problem solved - don't know how - its just went back to normal by itself. mods please delete thread by all means.
