The Venue in Thurmaston is ideal for weddings. I reckon it would hold 150+. The Conservative club in Syston is where we had ours.Nice room and holds around 100.

I'm not sure I'd bother were I to remarry. Everyone has their own camera nowadays. At a friend's wedding recently he just asked someone with a decent camera, and an air of authority to boss people around and get into position, to be the official photographer. That worked well.


22 years on and I've no idea where my wedding album is or the last time I looked at it. I doubt I've ever looked at it more than 3 or 4 times with the exception of the one photo I have on the wall. I'd rather spend £1000 on the honeymoon.
