especially with edna on the scene

Listen, your fascination with Edna is something you (or was it MK?) made up, deal with it, it's unhealthy to have imaginery friends. :081: :081:

come on all you foxes, get your asses down to the ticket office and snap up those sheff wed tickets, i had mine before the weekend as this is going to be our biggest game of the season, stay up or fight till the end. If we wanted we could have as many as 5,000 tickets so come on leicester fans support your team and make a great atmsoshere at hillsborough. did not go yesterday as had to start uni bak in manc today but watched it in the pub and went fukkin mental along with about the 3 other leicester fans in there. Was amazing it was full of jews singing spurs on there way to wembely and easy easy wen it was 2 nil. but in all honesty i think that game was far too DE VRIeasy DR VRieasy De VRIeasy!!!

Hi City fans, I read the forum everyday and have joined today on this momentous occasion. I'm not a kill joy, and very much up for the banter and rude comments, but have to take issue with issues in this comment... would rather it said "was full of spurs supporters singing" rather than stereotyping all Spurs fans as being Jewish and Vicaversa. I wouldn't say a bar full of City fans would be "40% Christian, 15% Muslim, and 55% non-practising. I know it is a perception that Spurs has a lot of Jewish supporters, and that the fans are self referential as "The Yid army", but as a Jewish Leicester City fan, I took a bit of offence. Considering the number of North London Spurs fans who do go to university in Manchester I'd guess that the pub would have been somewhere in Fallow fields, which can seem like Finchely Central on some days, but lets keep religious stereotypes down please. Apart from my little point, great forum, great passion and let's get behind the players and the team. Working in an office full of Spurs fans, I've had the biggest smile on my face all morning, and I don't care if the 3rd goal was offside!!!

A good yard onside.

you're

:cake: :018:

Anyway, which pub would you say most city fans usually go in at sheff. i can remember one at the top of a hill near the ground but that was years ago. always like to find the pub with the majority of city fans in.

you do all realise that we'll either lose or draw (unconvincingly) on saturday in true Leicester City style?

i would change the spurs result just for a win on saturday because the league is far more important at the minute. the fact that we can beat top teams (sheff utd, watford, spurs) doesn't mean anything because Sheffield Wednesday are definitly not a top team (neither were millwall or crewe). it's the motivation that the team lacks in these matches against "lesser" teams that causes poor results. which is down to the manager.

CL needs to find a way of giving the team the same mentality that we saw last night in every match, against any team - not just the big boys. This seems to be CL's only area of failing IMO because the majority of his signings have been acceptable, as are his tactics.

I think its also to do with the fact that smaller clubs put 8 men behind the ball and we cant break them down! When a team comes and attacks us we have more space!

It's down to confidence IMO and hopefully yesterday will have given us some back.
