Wow, we will go into an over draft, So what is the problem, Most clubs of our size owe tens of millions of pound, What does city owe, very little, I wish people would stop putting city down.

Not in Overdraft, over our agreed covenant. ie in deep shit territory. Beyond our ability to pay it back.

I have on very good authority that we will go over our agreed overdraft by the end of February with the bank unless the takeover goes ahead.:icon_sad:

I'd be amazed if we don't sell someone - most likely Stearman - in January, regardless of the MM takeover or lack of it.

Er.... where have you been for the past few years Step? We owe Teacher's feckin millions! That debt has not magically gone away... in fact it is getting bigger all the time as we can't even keep up with the interest payments whilst in the Championship.

I'm constantly surprised how many people seem to have forgotten about our flirtation with utter obliteration or choose to pretend it didn't really happen - it's boring, I know, but we really did come close to going out of business, we really did get saddled with a humungous debt that will take years - maybe decades - to pay off (unless someone like MM comes in) and we really do have to deal with it at some point!!
