took the kids today to the mega store managed to ask how his leg is and he said its's no where near as bad as last time he's managed to put weight on it and walk on it a bit , he said he was gutted he his out for the rest of the season but carn't wait to get stuck into the new one now that's what you call positive broke the same leg twice but carn't wait for next......................season

Good to hear.

This lad is going to be a major player in our team next season if he can stay fit. We really wont miss Joey if Weso hits some decent form and fitness.

Presumably it's in a cast though Newts??

There wasn't a tackle involved I don't think. From what i recall he kicked the ground whilst trying to kick the ball.

sounds that he should be Ok for next season then and have a good pre-season as well.

I havent actually heard what happened. Was it a bad tackle or was it one of those odd ones where it happens from know where?

I believe his Studs got stuck in the Ground as he went in for a tackle.

I heard he was tackled from behind, nothing majorly malicious but his studs stuck in the turf. Apparantly the pitch was diablical

what he has to work in there as he is injured :102: thats a bit harsh

Teach these youngsters the meaning of a real working day, sounds like a good idea to me.

Not sure if this has been said, but it was something to do with the pin in his leg from the previous break....don't understand the medical side of stuff but it apparently was as much to do with the break as the pitch was.
