I am looking to buy at least 6 West Brom tickets tomorrow, is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy?
I will be going down on my own to fetch them.
Any help appreciated.

After tomorrow I can't get down there until Saturday, will it be too risky to leave it until then?
Are you allowed to buy as many as you like on General sale?

Please could somebody answer my q's:

I can purchase the ticket for Baggies tommorow. I am about to write to the ticket office to tell them to call me back for my payment details, and i need to know:

Are there any postage or debit card charges if i pay by phone?

Why wait on them calling you back just give them your season ticket number and your debit/credit card number on the e-mail and they will process your order straight away.
There is a £1.50 admin charge which also covers postage.

FFS pds they will put them in an envelope for you, they are not at all heavy, you should be able to lift them on your own no problems.....:icon_bigg

I work at the ticket office, and as Steve Lynex on the wing says you can e-mail me with your card details I will happily process this transaction, please email me @ [email protected]

I have done this on several occasions, there should be no probs unless there is a fraudster working @ the ticket office and if there is it is just as likely they will be fraudulent when taking card details over the phone.

You should never put your credit card number in an email. It's not just the people in the ticket office who could see it, there are all sorts of ways the info could be intercepted, it's not like giving the info over the phone.

I always thought there was a risk so I will take your advice Webbo and stop paying for tickets via e-mail.

IT DOESNT HURT TO EMAIL THEM AND GET THEM TO RING YOU BACK, NORMALLY GETS YOU PASSED THE WAITING ON THE PHONE;)

EDIT;- sorry didnt mean to shout.

Didn't say I would stop e-mailing them only that I would no longer put my card details on an e-mail.

would they not hold onto your payment details?
If so, just ask them to use your previous payment history in the email so that you don't have to resend it.

I think they do hold on to your payment details - although it's not really something they should do, for security reasons.

Maybe now they've got a new online ticket system they'll be able to do away tickets via the website.

any idea how many tickets weve sold yet?
