id love to go to WBA but the next one i will make is Hereford due to return from holiday on WBA day.

im purchasing 5 tickets tomorrow. for 3 lcfc fans, a villa fan and a chelski fan, yes I knot thats fairly randomn.

I think they do hold on to your payment details - although it's not really something they should do, for security reasons.

Maybe now they've got a new online ticket system they'll be able to do away tickets via the website.

I thought the reason they didn't do this was because of football violence. Tickets could get into the hands of people who have no intention of watching the match, or that are banned from football venues.

If that was the case they wouldn't sell home tickets online.

I think the reason they don't do away tickets online is because it's more difficult, not because of anything to do with tickets getting to hooligans.

I would have thought buying them online would target hooligans better if people stood in the seats designated to them, you could link their bank details to seats etc...better than face to face on general sale. I'm going to this one, staying in the Park Inn, if anyones been there is it any good?

They do hold records of previous transactions, as any prudent company would. When I order tickets by email, I give them my 'patron number' and ask them to debit the credit card, the number of which they have on record.

They should hold records of the transaction, but not the card number.
It's considered to be bad practice to store credit card numbers once the transaction has taken place.

A lot of credit card fraud happens because companies store credit card details in a database, and these details come into the hands of criminals, sometimes due to hacking, sometimes due to an insider selling on the info.

I have my tickets for this one already...........

West Brom is another team I hate......

I sent the ticket offic an e-mail and asked them to call me back, which they did within 25 mins. Very efficent tbh, quite impressed.
