You're doing it again. Absolving the players of all responsibility. Making the same misttake time and time and time again is the sign of someone who can't or won't learn. As much as I am with you on Puel, there's no excuses for Chilwell's error today; it's the same one he has made at least twice before this season. Other than Chilwell coming in which is inexplicable, the selection today is a good one, made on the back of last week and previous games. I wanted him to be a little more reactive and he has been.
The excuse for persisting with Chilwell appears to be he can be coached into being a totally different player. I'm not sure this will work as so far we've seen feck all improvement. He's a bit Mattock really.
