Well Im looking forward to my trip to the walkers Stadium this saturday.
Not cause Im particularly confident or anything but because its always good to visit new grounds and, probably look you lads who travel away, the crack is always better and there is less of the gloom that is sometime prevalent at home matches.

We got our just desserts against Millwall last Friday, they wound us up and it worked. To be honest I would have taken a draw before a ball was kicked. Never mind there'll be plenty more ups nad downs before the season ends. the Division is anybodys.

See you lot had a decent win last night, a new manager works wonders, have you turned the corner??

I reckon we're due a draw so Ill settle for that on Saturday, but unfortunately that win for you lot last night would no doubt have installed renewed confidence in team and fans alike.

What do you reckon the crowd will be? I reckon we'll bring a minimum of 2,000

By the way, any of you thinking of traveling to SOL for return game. Ive managed to get a train ticket for £25.00.(standard day return £62.00) Only trouble is it leaves Skunk station @06.45 change at Sheffield and arrive Leicester 10.30. Anyone know any good transport cafes in vicinity of station?

Cheers

there's plenty of little cafe's along the road going towards the City centre

i'm sure you'll find something suitable!!

looking forward to another three points on Saturday!

whatever the result, i'm sure you Mackem lads will be as lovely as always! :D

After our win, I dont think many leicester fans would accept a draw at this stage. I want all three points.

Am I being to greedy

If you turn left as you come out of the station, and walk up London Road away from the city centre, about 100 yards on the left, just after you pass the Mercury Newshop is a good caff which does huge breakfasts for about £3. It's opposite the Marquis Wellington pub.
Then you can cross the road and walk down University Road towards the footie, and several footie pubs.

But then he'll miss the wonderful scenery of our beautiful city centre!

I'll be going up for the game at SOL, I used to live in Sunderland so I'm looking forward to a trip back. It could be a big game as well, as I think we'll both be fighting it out for the play off spots. I think it's the best stadium in the country. It's a shame that it's only half full now.

Steve, when you come out of the train station head right and under the underpass. About 200 yards down on your left hand side is 'The Last Plantaganet' (Wetherspoons) - Opens at 10am, and full english is £2.99, you can also wash it down with a pint / Alternitavely same direction but head for centre of leicester, walk up High street to the top and you come to a better Wetherspoons called (The High Cross) Opens same time, i'm usually in there for 11.15am

If you head down to 'student city' theres plenty of bars etc 'I reccommend Bar Blaise (used to be called Russels) that will welcome away fans and only a 5 min walk to the ground. This is good news when you've had a belly full of ale.

oi inviting mackems into my area. student city that is. ill show you the best studenty bars around there for a pint or 2, ill go with 2.

This grammar doesn't exactly make you stand up and take notice of the quality of student in Leicester.

there are times where writting styles require to be changed and on here is not the place where i will write with gramatical excellence.
