Whats different from last season

I have to say that I am s*it scared that we will be stuck only with the forwards we have until January and that does not bode well. We NEED a quality striker.

It also doesn't bode well for Allen because without goals you don't win games and Mandaric has been fairly clear as to where he wants the club to be by January.

I think MM was only using the 'Appy Arry blueprint from Portsmouth. He wants a name so that, if successful, we can bring in other high profile players. They brought in Merson etc and it was all go from there that season... It is either a brave or foolish move by Allen and very quickly I think we will find out which. 6 games in will be a big clue as to the future of the manager if MM doesn't get his high profile signing...
