got mine today think im in a5 row ww seat 037.

any idea how many

I would take a guess at no more than 300 available on the day.

When my old man picked tickets up on Weds there was just under approx 500 - 550 remaining, so i'm guessing another 200 sold since then ??? which leaves approx 300

Fingers crossed that there are some left on the day. No way of getting the tickets at this stage from Leicester

I would guess that if we do sell all the 2,000 tickets, then WBA will sell a few more on the day from the rest of the possible away allocation that we didn't take up.

But I'd make sure I got there early.

Do they still only sell the tickets on the day once they have received them ??

I know in the past the club have unsold tickets with a member of staff on the supporters coaches which takes them to the turnstiles when they arrive, which is usually only about 45 mins before kick off.

Xantha, I would e-mail our ticket office, and get them to reserve you one which you can collect from WBA's ticket office (as I guess LCFC ticket office will tell WBA ticket office which seat they have allocated and they can print a duplicate their end)

I have however noticed this on WBA's website, so I would defiantely take Bocadillo's advice and get there early.

I wouldnt count on it, I asked for tickets for Norwich to be sent to their ground with one of the coaches for me to collect, city's ticket office said they would not be willing to do that incase something happened to them.....fortunately the tickets arrived the following day (friday) and i was able to make it

I know what your saying, but when I decided to go, I e-mailed our ticket office and told them I couldn't get over before Saturday and would there be any tickets available on the day, they offered to arrange for a ticket to be ready at WBA's ticket office.

must just be me they hate, they suggested i could pop down on saturday morning and get it...which is helpful as they know where i live and obviously i wouldnt be making the journey via leicester. west brom's attendances arent too good this year so i imagine they'll open another section to cram more in

That would depend on whether they are selling the tickets that they have had returned from Leicester or 'new' tickets from an extra section - the way that their gates have been this season, I would expect that they won;t have to wait for tickets that are coming back from Leicester.

It does seem from their website however that they are expecting a lot of their own fans to be paying on the day and they also have tickets for several forthcoming matches on sale. It looks as though it could be quite chaotic.

Talking about chaos at West Brom, in 93/94 I was given 4 tickets for the game by a member of the City coaching staff outside the Hawthorns. When we got in the ground, we found that our seats were already taken - and the people in them had tickets for the same seats. Some of the nearby seats actually had THREE people trying to claim them - all with tickets for the same seat!! Some of the City fringe players were sitting in the area and even they had people who had tickets for the same seats. The stewards who were trying to sort it all out said that it was the thrid game in a row in which the same thing had happened - IIRC the previous games had been against Sunderland and Millwall whose fans had not been nearly so understanding of the stewards' predicament and trouble had ensued.

Well no offer to reserve one but Jim has confirmed that 'Tickets will be available on the gate at The Hawthorns tomorrow afternoon.'

Watchu talkin about?

It will be far easier to pay on the gate than to queue at the WBA t/o for a reserved ticket and then take it to th gate.
