Here is a spreadsheet of the remaining fixtures of the teams that can still catch us.

I've also included stats on how many home games and away games each team has, how many games they have left and how many of these matches are against our promotion rivals.

It makes a fairly interesting read so hope you enjoy:

Interesting. I Don't think Millwall are a threat to us any more but they still have to play both MK Dons and Peterborough, so in keeping their own play-off hopes alive they may inadvertantly do us some favours.

Re: Who plays who?

It's interesting how many home games Scunthorpe have (7) - including the next four!

Re: Who plays who?

Very true.

The number of teams that can catch us is going to drop fairly quickly in the next few weeks I suspect.

Joe out of interest why did you include columns for home and away, and whether they are a rival, when you've clearly indicated in blue rival games and its easy to see if there home or away based on the fixture itself....

I think a point that should also be considered is whether teams have to play those in and around the relegation places. I think teams in the lower regions are just as much a threat come the end of the season as they are scrapping for their lives. One phrase that we should also remember is 'our destiny is in our own hands!' For me if we win 4 games and get a couple of draws we should be fine! We would have to go on an incredible run of bad form to do worse.

Considering from where we are now, 15 points guarantees us promotion no matter what all the others do, then I would think 4 wins and a couple of draws should be fine too ;)

Thanks! Believe or not I hadn't worked the maths out!! Not a bad position to be in anyhow. It would be great to break the 100 point mark.

We should definitely aim for the 100 points. Have we ever achieved 100 points in a season?
