My reasoning for this.

Norn Iron 'cause we can laugh at ourselves.
Scotland cause they're just as crap and no one gets depressed about it.
Wales because they've a small pool of players to pick from.
England 'cause of 66 and all that.
Splitters well who cares.

If Norn Iron, Wales or Scotland had half the population head of England and therefore the number of quality players to pick from we would have done a damn site more in international competitions that England ever have.

Before some of you start casting doubt on my logic, I do call upon the law of averages when making my claim.
