It's not working for me yet but it isn't prompting me to download anything else.

As per previous edit, Flash Player is all that is needed and if you have watched footy online before you will already have it

Wait for the x to appear that let you close the adverts trying to make you download stuff. Then you should be able to get to the flash video bit.

You don't need to update flash player. It's an advert designed to trick people. Just close the advert and you should be able to see the proper flash stream.
