To enter, just send me a private message with your prediction of the result against Chelsea on Saturday, the minute you think the first goal will be scored, and the minute you think the last goal will be scored.

Entries must be in by 2PM on Saturday 23rd August. Only one entry per person.
If more than two people predict the correct score, the first goal time (and then last goal time if necessary) will be used to determine the winners, based on whose prediction is closest to the correct time.
If only one person predicts the correct score, the second prize will be based on the first goal prediction (and then last goal, if necessary)
If no one predicts the correct score, the winners will be based on the goal times, as above.

If you're going to predict 0-0, please include goal times anyway. If no one predicts the correct result you could still win based on goal times.

If it finishes 0-0 and more than two people predict that result, I'll do a tie breaker based on Sunday's matches.

Only one person predicted the right result, and he doesn't want the prize. The first goal times were all so far out you should all be ashamed of yourselves.

The only person to predict the correct result was jb5000. He was also the closest to guessing the first goal time - bust was still well out, saying 27 minutes.


So the second prize goes to the person next closest to the first goal time.

Motown also said 27 minutes, but he's disqualified because he made his prediction after the deadline.

So the second prize goes to FryattFox, who said 24 minutes for the first goal.

I sent PMs to the winners to organise collection of the prize, but jb5000 hasn't responded yet. I know he's been on the site, maybe he just hasn't seen the PM yet.
If he's not responded by the end of Tuesday I'll award the prize to the entrant with the next closest first goal time.

The winner is Richie_d123, his last goal prediction was 81 mins, just four minutes out. Lako said 84, and Durham 58 minutes.

I just assumed the Prediction had to be in by kickoff time.
I got close to the second goal time too and got the correct Chelsea player who scored it.

Correct. The last goal was only used as a tie breaker when I needed to separate people with the same first goal time.
