Xmas TV thumbs up or down?

Being stuck with the family over the past few days I've been disapointed with the rubbish on TV, yesterday evening in particular was tortureous on BBC1.

All the best stuff seems to be on over the next few days when I am more likely to be in the pub.

Saw some decent films that were on later, Oldboy is cracker.

Was hoping for Extra's but instead I got Catherine Tate yesterday. It doesn't make me laugh it never did.

I started to watch that Christmas At The Riviera on Christmas Eve, but found it dragged on a bit.

I only watched Coro and EastEnders all day yesterday.

Didnt watch any christmas day tv until 8pm in the evening... even then it was cack. Definite thumbs down for this year's schedules

While this feast of fun is on, and I am topping up my kidneys back to danger levels, Big Lebowski on More 4.

I don't understand it, people that watch Strictly Dancing obviously don't go to pubs so why put it on when they are closed? Bah humbug to xmas day TV.

I found that quite interesting.

As usual, EastEnders had a thoroughly depressing storyline and I thought Coro would win hands down this year.
