I don't know. I think people have been trying to contact the Yeti Sports people for ages to get permission to distribute their games, without getting any response. The link at the top of this thread is also to a copy.

Some of the other games which are copies of originals, like Pacman, are unlikely to be legal, although the author of that game wrote it specifically for this arcade system, so it's the name and the idea behind the game that's dodgy.
