Quite moving is the little girl in our village that died from cancer (unsure which type) because the NHS couldn't afford to pay for her treatment and the family couldn't raise enough money to send her to America, despite a massive contribution from locals and even appearance at half time at the Walkers when she was a mascot.

Why couldn't the NHS afford it?, because of greedy selfish fat bastards like this cnut.
